Notes on using our Shopping Cart!
If your are worried about whether the Shopping Card is working for you, you can easily and quickly check this by entering an item and doing the next step. If you are placing items into your cart, but they are not staying in your cart, then your browser may be rejecting cookies. To find out if your browser is rejecting cookies, place an item in your cart from anywhere on the site, and then click on the update quantity button. If your browser does not have cookies enabled, then you will be redirected to a page with an error message. If you get this message or notice that you have placed several items in the Shopping Cart and only one item is showing up, then you need to reset your computer to accept cookies in your browser's Preferences Section. You need to enable cookies on your browser to use our Shopping Cart feature. If you do not want to do this or the Cart still does not work (very rarely) after you reset the cookies, you can always use our alternate Invoicer located at the top of each catalogue page where is says "Fill in Online Order Form." This is an older ordering method which always works but is a bit slower. You have to fill in the stock numbers yourself in this form.
